THE BIAS LAB
The Bias Lab was founded on the premise that ending racism requires people to first take meaningful steps to understand what it means to be anti-racist, then consciously make changes to beliefs, attitudes, and daily behaviors.
Our team of facilitators has many years of experience guiding participants through thoughtful and constructive discussions about tough topics and about how to drive change. With training expertise in finance, retail, hospitality, big pharma, technology and IT consulting, manufacturing, telecommunications, education and academia, political campaigns, law firms, startups, and non-profits, our facilitators have had broad impact with individuals in multiple industries and professions.
